Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on s25fe at any time. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without notice or compensation.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. s25fe reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Failure to provide truthful information or the required verification documents may result in account suspension or closure.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and your account secure. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorised access, contact s25fe support immediately. The platform is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account by a third party.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As an s25fe user, you agree not to engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or disruptive activity on the platform. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to access or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation.
- Sharing your login credentials with others or allowing any third party to access your account.
- Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the platform's security systems or technical infrastructure.
- Using the platform for money laundering, financial fraud, or any activity that violates Malaysian law.
- Distributing defamatory, threatening, obscene, or privacy-violating content through any communication channel on the platform.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and legal action may be taken where necessary.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on s25fe are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports local payment methods including internet banking and approved e-wallets. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method you use is registered in your own name. Using a bank account or e-wallet belonging to another person is strictly prohibited.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the processing time specified for each payment method. s25fe is not responsible for any delays caused by payment service providers or banks.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification where required. The platform reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity or when additional verification is needed. Users may not claim interest or compensation for any withdrawal delays arising from these reasons.
Any taxes, banking fees, or other charges imposed by third-party financial institutions during deposit or withdrawal are the sole responsibility of the user.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

S25fe is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial loss, data loss, or business interruption.
